Our products are handcrafted by artisans in Colombia. Due to the nature of handmade items:

  • Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in pattern, color, size, or texture.
  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen or device settings.
  • Measurements are approximate.

We make every effort to display our products accurately but cannot guarantee perfect uniformity.

  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payments may be processed through trusted providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on how you complete your checkout.
    SIRASU does not store your credit card information.
  1. Pricing & Inventory Errors

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or inventory availability may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or modify an order if a product is listed incorrectly or is no longer available.
If your order is canceled due to such an error, you will receive a full refund.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Once the package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), responsibility for delays, damages, or loss transfers to the carrier.

  1. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SIRASU piece. If not, you may request a return.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the item arrived damaged).
  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the value of the product ordered.
