  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade goods, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival of the return.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
