Copper Dune is more than an accessory — it is a piece shaped by the earth.
Handcrafted by an artisan from the Kankuama Indigenous community in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, this mochila is made using fique — a natural, biodegradable fiber extracted from an Andean native plant.
Through a slow and intentional process, raw vegetal fibers are transformed by hand into a piece that carries memory, land, and cultural identity. Each stitch reflects a rhythm learned from nature — patient, grounded, and enduring.
No two pieces are ever the same.
Its design embodies the warmth and strength of the earth. Rich copper and terracotta tones evoke sunlit dunes, fertile soil, and landscapes shaped over time. The organic texture of fique gives the mochila a raw yet refined presence — natural, timeless, and deeply authentic.
This is not mass production.
This is nature, tradition, and craftsmanship — transformed into something you can carry every day.
More than a mochila, Copper Dune is a vessel of heritage — a symbol of harmony between humanity and nature, and a living expression of the Kankuama people’s connection to their territory.
SIRASU elevates this ancestral craft into a refined expression of conscious luxury, where sustainability, authenticity, and timeless design converge.
Because true luxury is not measured in excess, but in meaning.
