Handcrafted by an artisan from the Kankuama Indigenous community in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, this mochila is made using fique — a natural, biodegradable fiber extracted from an Andean native plant.

Through a slow and intentional process, raw vegetal fibers are transformed by hand into a piece that carries memory, land, and cultural identity. Each stitch reflects a rhythm learned from nature — patient, grounded, and enduring.
